In cases where the delivery information is inaccurately provided, we will not be held accountable for any orders delivered to the wrong address, and we will not undertake any efforts to retrieve the order on your behalf.

Delivery & Shipping

  1. Orders exceeding $60 SGD will qualify for free delivery within Singapore.
  2. Shipping charges are applicable to all orders delivered outside of Singapore and are dependent on the specific product ordered.
  3. All orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving the order, unless otherwise indicated on our website due to special circumstances.
  4. Local delivery typically takes 2 to 3 working days, unless it is during peak seasons.

Price and Payment

  1. The pricing of any Products will be as stated on our website periodically, except in the case of evident errors.
  2. We retain the right to modify or adjust the pricing of any products without prior notification.
  3. We may occasionally offer promotional discounts or special offers, which will be subject to their own terms and conditions.
  4. All payments are to be made using the specified payment methods available on our website.
  5. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon.
  6. All payments are to be made in the SGD currency.
  7. Any disputes concerning payments should be communicated in writing and will be handled in accordance with our internal team.

Images/ Photographs
Unauthorized copying, usage, saving, alteration, or distribution of the photographs or images is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from My Paws Adventure.

By purchasing our products, you have accepted to the following terms:

  1. My Paws Adventure holds no responsibility for any damages or injuries sustained by you or your pet through the use of any products purchased from us.
  2. Any modification or alterations made to our products are undertaken at your own risk and may void any existing warranty.

    Regarding the BuddyRider Pet Bicycle seat
  3. By choosing to purchase and install the BuddyRider pet seat, you acknowledge the inherent risks of cycling, particularly while carrying passengers or cargo. It is imperative to wear protective gear such as a helmet and gloves.
  4. Before each use of the BuddyRider Pet Seat, it is crucial to inspect all components of the seat, ensuring its secure attachment to the bicycle and verifying that no parts are cracked, loose, missing, or broken.
  5. Exercise caution when placing your pet in or removing them from the seat, ensuring to do so in a secure location away from distractions, including other pets.
  6. Due to the size and weight associated with transporting a pet on a bicycle you may be required to make quick corrective action when the pet moves its weight. Extreme care must be taken at all times.
  7. Leaving a pet unattended in the BuddyRider seat is strictly not recommended. Due to the raised center of gravity, a bicycle may topple over when parked on its stand or without adequate support.
  8. Mounting the BuddyRider on a carbon fiber seat pole is not recommended.

Refunds Policy

  1. Upon the return of a Product to us, whether due to disagreement with the revised Terms and Conditions or Policies, perceived product defects, or dissatisfaction, we will inspect the returned item. Following a satisfactory examination, we will proceed to either replace the item (if returned due to a defect) or issue a full or partial refund. Refunds, if requested, will typically be processed using the original payment method. We aim to expedite the refund process promptly.
  2. All refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the products.
  3. Products returned will be refunded after the deduction of delivery costs and applicable taxes (PayNow, PayPal, credit card, etc.).
  4. If the received product is deemed defective a complete refund will be provided without any deductions. However, this is subject to the discretion of our team.
  5. Refunds will only be granted for products that remain unopened, unwashed, and unused.
  6. In the event of a claim by you indicating that the quantity of the delivered Products falls short of the ordered quantity, you must notify us within 7 days of the delivery date. Failure to provide such notification will absolve us of any liability for the shortfall.
  7. The cost of return transportation shall be borne by you.

Warranty Policy
Each product/brand sold is subject to different warranty terms, which may vary from those offered by the original company.

Please report any manufacturing defects to us within 2 weeks of receiving the order

BuddyRider

  • You are entitled to a 1-year warranty including manufacture defect for the BuddyRider Pet seat, effective from the date of purchase. Should you encounter any issues with the pet seat or discover any missing parts during usage, please reach out to us for assistance.
  • BuddyRider that have been damaged due to mishandling or modification are not eligible for replacement and are not covered under warranty.
  • Normal wear and tear are a natural occurrence and is not covered under the warranty.
  • Product damage resulting from animal behavior is not covered under the warranty.

Rex Specs

  • You are entitled to a 1-year manufacture defect.
  • Normal wear and tear are a natural occurrence and is not covered under the warranty.
  • Product damage resulting from animal behavior is not covered under the warranty.

Wagwear

  • Warranty only applies in the case of a manufacturing defect.
  • Normal wear and tear are a natural occurrence and is not covered under the warranty.
  • Product damage resulting from animal behavior is not covered under the warranty.

SassyWoof

  • Warranty only applies in the case of a manufacturing defect.
  • Normal wear and tear are a natural occurrence and is not covered under the warranty.
  • Product damage resulting from animal behavior is not covered under the warranty.

FikaGO

  • You are entitled to a 1-year warranty including manufacture defect for FikaGO Pet Stroller, effective from the date of purchase.
  • Pet Stroller that have been damaged due to mishandling or modification are not eligible for replacement and are not covered under warranty.
  • Normal wear and tear are a natural occurrence and is not covered under the warranty.
  • Product damage resulting from animal behavior is not covered under the warranty.

Our Liability

  1. We assure you that any Product bought from us through our site is of satisfactory quality.
  2. Our liability pertaining to any Product purchased through our site is strictly limited to the purchase price of that Product.
  3. Unless otherwise stated, all product warranty will be covered by the respective brand company.

Notices
All notices provided by you to us must be directed to My Paws Adventure. We reserve the right to issue notices to you through the email address or phone number you provided during the order placement.

Our right to amend these Terms and Conditions

  1. We retain the right to modify and update these Terms and Conditions periodically.
  2. You will be bound by the Policies and Terms and Conditions that are effective at the time of placing your order for Products, unless any alterations to those Policies or these Terms and Conditions are necessitated by law or government authorities (in which case they will apply to previously placed orders), or if we inform you of any changes to those Policies or these Terms and Conditions before providing you with the Dispatch Confirmation (in which case we reserve the right to assume that you have accepted the changes to the Terms and Conditions, unless you notify us otherwise within seven working days of receiving the Products)

Law and Jurisdiction
Contracts for the purchase of Products through our site will be governed by the Law of Singapore. Any dispute arising from, or related to, such Contracts shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of The Republic of Singapore.
